It is never easy to work on a very crowded place especially when you are at the office with many employees. This is what I’ve learned from my sister when she started working on her first job. But when she transferred in another company where she is currently working, she got her own office.
But knowing my sister, she is an OC type of person. She really can’t work if there are lots of things that are not organized. And so, when she transferred to a new company, she changed some orders of her office furniture just to maximize the space and to make it look more organized. She tried to minimize the things that she puts inside her office so that it won’t look too crowded in her eyes and even in the eyes of her visitors.
This is how my sister works. And I know for a fact that what she did is very comfortable and convenient. Now I have an idea if ever I will have my own office in the future.
