I Found My Dream House

My brother wants to buy his own house this year. This is the biggest investment that he is preparing for now because this is really his dream.

He already found a rest house in Tagaytay and he already considered this as one of his options. He’s not yet convinced about this though the price and the place is a good deal for him because he really wants to buy a beachfront house.

We have seen the house in Tagaytay two weeks ago. If you are going to ask me, the house is just perfect as what my dream house is. It is fully furnished, has big glass windows, lightings such as the wall sconces, lanterns and chandeliers that add beauty inside the house.

If I were my brother, I won’t have second thoughts of buying it. Besides from the fact that it has complete furniture, the ambiance is really nice, overlooking the mountains and fields and the weather is just great.

If only I have the money or the right to decide, I won’t look for anything better anymore. LOL!

Shopping With Mom

I just got home about 30 minutes ago. I went to the mall with my mom to accompany her in buying some office furniture. We went there around 1pm and we just ate our lunch at the mall before we went shopping.

Right after we bought things for my mom’s office, she decided to look for new clothes since she needs a formal dress because she will attend a wedding two weeks from now.

And so, I helped her pick a nice dress that will fit the event. She doesn’t want an overstated dress so we looked for a simple but classy one. She tried so many dresses and she ended up buying a purple cocktail dress with a bit of details that looks and fits perfectly with her. After that, we looked for a pair of shoes that matches the outfit. Fortunately, she was able to find one easily.

We decided to go home as soon as we finished shopping for some stuff. She will also have a meeting at 7pm that’s why we in a hurry.

Still Thinking About It

Our family has been considering living at the province. We have a house at Bulacan and they’ve been thinking of moving there because the place there is so peaceful and clean.

This is the reason why they started renovating the house again. But they are only renovating some parts as they have already renovated it last two years. For now, they are just repairing and repainting the wall. In addition, they prefer to use modern furniture now so as tag along with the whole design of the house.

In my own opinion, I cannot deny the peaceful life that we can have if we move there but I am totally against it because it will be a bit hassle for me since I’m studying here in Manila and I will soon be working which means that there will be more works and it will more convenient for me to live here to lessen the time and effort while traveling.

Furthermore, I’m still not used with living in a rural place because I feel like there is no social life there unlike what I have here in Manila. LOL! But then, if my family really wants to live there, then I guess I will not have any choice but to move in with them.

Busy Week For The Preparation

Exactly thirteen days before Christmas and everyone is surely excited. Most people are rushing for their Christmas shopping while the others are busy decorating their houses in preparation for their Christmas celebration.

Like for instance, my auntie is now busy preparing the house. She already put different Christmas decorations since the first week of December and now, she’s focusing on their place where we celebrate Christmas together.

It is in our tradition that we come together in my granny’s house every Christmas. My aunt have started cleaning the house and even arrange the home lighting to make their house more pleasing and attractive especially to the visitors. She even put new curtains and rearranges the furniture to maximize the space so everyone will be more comfortable to stay.

This is how she prepares for Christmas. She always wants everything to be organized to make things perfect. She wants all of us to enjoy the day with each other’s company since Christmas is being celebrated once a year so she wants to make the most out of it.

Under Renovation

The second semester in PLM started early last November 3, but then our college has announced last Monday that our regular classes will officially start next week, November 16.

This suspension happened due to renovation of our college building where we usually held our daily classes. They are repainting building and even the classroom desks. They also started to change the electric fans and even the whiteboards. Of course this is very good news for us but for sure, loads of work will soon be assigning to us next week.

All students and even the faculty and staffs are really looking forward for this new change in our building. This will surely give more convenience to us and definitely, the surroundings look very much presentable and comfortable.

For now, we are just still waiting for the official start of our class and we are now getting ready for the school works that will surely be harder than what we had last semester.

Surely, Had A Blast

Just last week, I and the rest of my friends went to Tagaytay. We all agreed to hang out for the last time before another semester starts. We know that we will be busy again and we have a hard time to look for a chance to hang out together.

We had an overnight stay in our friend’s house and their place was really nice. Few of her cousins are there and they are very hospitable and they treated and served as well.

We enjoyed our stay in Tagaytay especially with the cold wind there. We went to different places and after the long day, we stayed in their house and spent the night full of laughter, stories and gossips. We even had our drinking session and because we are all feeling cold, my friend decided to open the Amish fireplace that indeed helped us feel warm.

We all had a blast and we all hope that we can push through with our plans this coming summer vacation. I hope that we can go out of town again and enjoy the white sand in the beach.

Bonding Time

Yeah! Sem break, the time to unwind, to relax, to let everything go, to calm and every word that will define sem break!

On the first day of my break, it sounds too good; it’s good to know that I’m still familiar with it. I and my friends went on a mall to hang out and keep up with each other, since we haven’t met each other for a very long time; busy at school, trying to become the best in thesis, LOL!

First stop, we went to a shoe emporium, then on some fashion boutiques to look for new stuffs. After a tiring shopping, of course we have to famish ourselves; we went to our favorite restaurant, which has the best pizza in the town. We just noticed that they already change their floor tiles, before it was just plain white now they have black. What an improvement, LOL!

After bloating ourselves, we continued our shopping while we keep on chatting and asking stuffs; and how much we really miss each other and so on.

Our last stop was on our favorite ice cream parlor to dig in on our much loved ice cream. After that, we call it a day and went home to give us reason to miss each other again and a petty excuse to do more shopping.

Is This A Good Idea?

I’ve been looking over the net for a couple of hours last night because I was trying to search for a nice closet for my room. I’ve wanted to replace my old closet since it doesn’t have enough space anymore for my other clothes.

But as I was searching, I found something that I immediately thought will be perfect for my grandmother. I came across a site that offers lift chairs for an affordable price. I instantly thought that this will be just right for my grandmother since she spends most of her time in their living, watching television. I thought that this will be more comfortable for her compared to a normal and ordinary sofa or chair.

So I suggested this to my mom and she agreed with my opinion. For now, we are still planning to buy her one. But my mom is having her second thoughts because she’s thinking that it might be too big that it will not fit in the available space in their living room. But we will see. We still have o figure things out.

Shopping with Mom

Yesterday, my mom asked me if I can accompany her at the mall because she wants to buy something for her office and as well as for our rooms. Since I was free yesterday and don’t have any plans of going out with my friends, I decided to go with her.

We left our house after lunch and we were able to arrive at the mall in about 45 minutes. We first looked for some office furniture because my mom was looking for a filing cabinet for her office. After that, we went to the bookstore to buy some supplies like bond papers, ball pens, fasteners etc.

Right after we finished with her office things, we tried to look for some bed sheets and pillows. As we entered the store, I saw the sleep number bed and I noticed that it is very affordable plus it is really comfortable. But then, my mom thought that I don’t need those for now because I just replaced my bed last month.

Well anyway, we just focused on looking for nice bed sheets and then after that, we ate our snacks and finally went home.

In A Rush

After the long hours of work in the office, my mom called me and she said that they are going to fetch me and we will go straight at the mall to buy school shoes for my niece. And though I’m already tired, I decided to go and waited for them to fetch me.

About fifteen minutes, they arrived at the office just in time. We then decided to go to Midtown since it is just near my office. As we arrived there, we started looking at some boutiques since it’s becoming late already. We saw a lot of designs for my niece but unfortunately she doesn’t want to try it on so we had a hard time pleasing her. And in our search, we saw a nice tv mount which I think is a bit expensive so we don’t mind looking for more details at all.

After a couple of hours, we finally decided to buy a pair and right after that, we decided to have our dinner. We are all starving since we’ve been walking for hours and we haven’t eaten our snack before we see each other.

Then finally, after our dinner, we went home because we were all tired and all we want to do is have a goodnight sleep.

Love the Place

Just last week, I went to my cousin’s office at Rockwell. She asked me to go with her because we actually have other plans after her work. She doesn’t want me to commute by myself because her office is quite far that’s why she thought that it would be best if I go with her.

As I entered their lobby, I got easily fascinated by the design of the furniture as well as the other decorations and accessories. The place is really nice and fabulous. We then proceed to her office and just like what I expected; the room is equipped with trendy office furniture.

As I waited for her to finish her works, she let me explore some of the places in their office. And then I thought that I want to work there. The place really makes me want to stay there so I asked my cousin if they are offering some jobs for my OJT. She’s not that sure but she’s checking it until now.

I just hope that she can find a job for me because I really want to work there. The ambiance will surely put me in the mood to work. LOL!
