Since I have decided to apply for my first job, I have already updated my resume and submitted them to some companies. As of now, few of them called back and scheduled me for an exam while some haven’t replied yet but I’m still waiting for confirmation.
Also, one of the companies have also scheduled me for an employment screening so that I will have a better idea about the work that I am applying for and I will be able to have a background on the things that I will do if I will be fortunate and get hired in their company.
Actually this was the first time that I heard that term because I think most of the companies today do not conduct this screening and instead they provide orientation and trainings when the company decided to hire you.
I think this is a good idea especially to someone like me who is new in the industry. It will give me a lot of benefits considering that this will be my first job and perhaps I will be able to come up with a better decision.
