My dad has been working out a lot lately. Before he goes to the gym but since he’s a busy type of person, he preferred to do his routine at home.
He wakes up early in the morning to exercise and then he uses the treadmill and the stationary bike to improve his stamina and strength. Fortunately, ever since my dad started working out, he always maintain a normal blood pressure unlike before that he usually suffers from a high blood pressure.
Another thing, my dad also decided to lessen smoking. He said that he couldn’t stop right away because it will be hard for him and it will be bad for his health and I agree with him that’s why he’s trying to lessen it step by step until he stops.
Well I think this is a very good thing for my dad. Since he’s getting older and we all know that he can possibly be more prone to diseases, working out is a big step for him to improve his health and be able to avoid illness.
