This morning, I woke up on the wrong side of the bed. I have an awkward feeling that I’m getting fat. So I got frustrated and skip on my breakfast. I went to a nearby gym to inquire if they have a program for me. They asked me what I want to do for my body, I told them that I think I’m getting fat and I need to cut it out. They looked at me as if I murdered someone, the gym instructor told me that I’m not fat as I think, he explained to me that I’m getting paranoid about my physical appearance. Being a good instructor, he gave me advices and also enrolled me on one of his program; he says it’s for maintaining my figure.
The first steps were just simple jacks and alike, afterward he brought something that looks like a cannonball with a handle; with my fondness and ignorance I asked him what it was, he laughed at my lack of knowledge and told me that it was a Kettlebell. Feeling ashamed of what happened; I started lifting it as he instructed.
After the session, he told me the foods that I can devour and the don’ts, and some simple exercise that I can do at home.
Hope I still can do it despite of my loaded schedule.
