My auntie will be celebrating her birthday this coming August 31, 2008. I asked her if she have plans already but unfortunately she is still undecided on what she will do on the day of her birthday.
Since she wants to invite some of her friends, I volunteered to arrange the plans including the menus and decorations for the venue. This will somehow serve as my gift for her special day because I still can’t afford to buy her something. Honestly, I can’t do everything by myself that’s why I decided to ask the help of my cousin to push through with my plans and I am very fortunate because she is really willing to help me.
As much as possible, we want everything to look good, simple but elegant in the eyes of her visitors especially our auntie’s house which will be our venue. We started to have a general cleaning and we chose the best curtains and seat covers for my auntie’s birthday. We even planned to have lighting fixtures to make sure that everything will be perfect on that special day.
We still have more stuff to do just like the preparations for the food and we must be able to finalize every detail for at least two days before her birthday.
